- You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Shelf Improvement reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of its purchase. To arrange for a return, please email support@MyRollouts.com and request a Return Merchandise Authorization [RMA] number to be included on your return shipment, which is arrange by you and at your expense. Also, since this is a custom manufactured item, there is a restocking fee of 15%. So, upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will send you a refund of 85% of your product purchase, excluding its initial shipping cost.
